At Milano’s Italian Restaurant, our goal is to provide a memorable meal for you and your guests* – whether you have a large wedding, or a small birthday party.
We offer a variety of salads, appetizers, pastas, and chicken and salmon entrees to choose from. All catering orders include freshly baked rosemary and garlic focaccia bread.
Below is a small sampling of our catering menu to get you hungry for Milano’s!
- Venetian – spring mix topped with candied walnuts, goat cheese and Fuji apples. Served with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
- Spa – Spring mix topped with candied walnuts, goat cheese, pine nuts, dried cranberries, avocado, mandarin oranges and cilantro. Served with our homemade vanilla pear vinaigrette.
- Basil Mozzarella Caprese
- Chicken Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce
- Bacon Wrapped Dates with Balsamic Reduction
- Pasta Roma – Farfalle (bowtie) pasta topped with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, mushrooms and basil. Tossed in a smoked mozzarella cream sauce.
- Baked Mostaccioli – Penne pasta topped with pepperoni, salami, sausage, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese. Tossed in meat sauce.
Chicken & Salmon
- Chicken Piccata – Chicken Breast lightly seasoned and tossed in a lemon butter cream sauce with capers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and tomatoes.
- Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken – Chicken Breast breaded with panko breadcrumbs, macadamia nuts and cilantro. Topped with fresh made mango salsa.
- Maple Glazed Salmon – Salmon baked with a maple Asian glaze.
*One staff member included per every 75 guests. (Additional staff members available for $17.50/hour with a 3-hour minimum.)
